Easy to unpack and assemble. Had to straighten the top of one upright where it was dented in shipment, and go through the package looking for the 6 small nuts and bolts. This is a great product for use where people are loading and unloading the shelving. It is not appropriate for use around material handling equipment. The gauge on the uprights is too light.

Very easy to put together and a solid unit. Put four full units together in about 2 hours. I can’t give it a 5-star for two reasons: the instructions were awful (easier to use common sense) and one of the side frames was drastically bent, making it difficult to place the side beam. Had to bend a couple areas to get it to fit.

I’ve set up many different storage shelving systems before and had always found something to be disappointed with with whether it was difficult set-up, too many parts, sag in the middle of the shelf, etc. So when I “inherited” a four shelf version of this rack more than a year ago and had to take it down and set it back up in a new location, I knew I’d found the real deal. These racks are so simple to set up, I put them together myself in about 15 minutes. They are rock solid. Stack as much on each shelf as you’d like, no worries. Easily adjustable with a mallet – even after set up (providing nothing is on the shelf). I like this rack so much, I ordered two more (three shelf version) and organized my garage.
