This Mercer Culinary M20050 6-piece forged knife block set from the Genesis® line makes a versatile and valuable addition to any kitchen! The forged Santoprene that comprises the handles of the Genesis® blades is a high performance, soft material that offers a safe and comfortable non-slip grip for all day use. Plus, the handles will not break down when exposed to kitchen oils and are able to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures. The blades are made from high carbon German steel that won’t stain, no matter what foods you are cooking.
