Simply bump the head on the ground during use to release desired line. 095 line used in this trimmer has the durability to cut through thick weeds and grass with ease. The Hyper Tough 18 Straigh Shaft Trimmer is intended to be used with 2-cycle oil.

    If you’re looking for an easy two thread, weed eater, this is it! Straight shaft comes with a roll of great string. My husband loves it.

    I didn’t expect much from a $118 gas trimmer but I was pleasantly surprised by the Hyper Tough trimmer. It was able to cut down high weeds and light brush. Thus far, it’s a been a nice tool and pretty easy to start. However, if you’re looking for a trimmer to use hard and expect it to last for many years, you might be better buying a more expensive model. This trimmer has worked well for me over the past week or so.
