Works good, a little pricey for simple on off Bluetooth device.

After the simple install it made me realize how much time I waisted going to turn the vac on/off. This is a small shop in the corner of my garage so this is my main unit for ALL of my tools and clean up afterwards.

If you have a Festool dust collector and would like a remote control for it, this is a good solution. It comes with two bands to fit around hoses and they’re well made but I think this is much better placed on something hanging from a belt or even on your wrist. Using it on a hose, I’ve bumped the switch a few times and turned off the vacuum. Also, there is a significant delay in turning the vacuum on such that its tempting to believe it didn’t respond and to press the button a second time, and turning it off.
