Though its appearance might seem unconventional, the Robot is straightforward to use and provides you with all of the control you could expect from a manual espresso maker. Additionally, the Robot allows for experimentation over your brew ratios, temperatures, pressure profiles, and pre-infusion for dialing in your favorite recipes.
