1. Are your products made to order?

Yes. All products sold on Inyoustore.com are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.


2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You may request to cancel or change your order within 7 hours of placing it.
After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.


3. What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only in eligible cases, such as:

  • The order cannot be delivered

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item, size, or color was received

  • The product is significantly different from the description

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.


4. Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Yes, in some cases. We may accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you no longer wish to keep or use the product.

For change-of-mind returns (not due to product defects or our error):

  • return processing fee will apply

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
