Food safety is the name of the game in the foodservice industry and whether you are checking a delivery of frozen sirloin steaks, or cooking and holding a pork roast, food-safe temperatures must be maintained. Cooper-Atkins has developed the EconoTemp line of thermocouples and kits to assist you with your food safety program. The 32311-K EconoTemp thermocouple features a protective rubber boot which makes it easy to grip, protects the instrument from water, and also provides impact resistance in case of a fall. The molded tabs on the side of the boot will hold a temperature probe (sold separately) when not in use. For added convenience, this thermocouple can be used with any Cooper-Atkins Type-K probe, allowing you to choose the probe that best suits your needs.
