Interpretation

The terms with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

  • Goods refer to the items available for sale on our Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Inyoustore, accessible at https://inyoustore.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or the date a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by You took possession of the product.

To exercise your cancellation rights, please inform Us clearly of your decision through one of the following methods:

We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

  1. Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiration date.
  3. Goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  4. Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of their delivery.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned Goods are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
